I called to get information on a home in Frisco that Geni had for sale. To my surprise it was $1,789,000. But what was more surprising is that when I told Geni I was looking for a home around $80,000, her enthusiasm to help me did not change. She was willing to show me houses further out in an area she did not normally work, in a rain storm. I had shown interest in a home that had structural problems (and a bonus to the selling agent) but Geni was more interested and concerned about the future resale of my home. She suggested we take time to look at more homes. That’s what I call “putting your customer first!” She is truly a Realtor that cares about her clients–rain or shine, no matter what price range!
