Following is an informational video PowerPoint made by the Collin County Association of Realtors that provides an overview of four (4) Special Purpose Districts that may be created for residential property development and financing. Each one has a slightly different purpose and operate slightly differently.
- PUD: Planned Unit Development
- MUD: Municipal Utility District
- PID: Public Improvement District
- SUD: Special Utility District
