As a native Texan, Geni Manning has lived and worked in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex her entire life. Her knowledge of the area gives her an advantage when working with families relocating to North Texas. Geni’s deeply rooted love for architecture and design, originally led her into the real estate industry in 1980 as a custom homebuilder. She received her real estate license in 1982 where she has since served North Texans as a full time Realtor providing expert advice, objective, and responsible real estate solutions.

She is a national inspirational speaker, frequently sharing her ‘life story’ in person, TV and radio offering words of encouragement that inspire, challenge, strengthen and lifts spirits. She also enjoys serving our ‘Senior’ communities and those less fortunate locally and around the world.
Geni is a member of Christian Women In Media, Word Weavers International, and Word Weavers Collin County. She is active in Stonecroft Ministries, Christian Women’s Connection of Collin County, and enjoys Bible studies, mentoring others through life, golf, tennis and pickleball for fun!
