As a native Texan, Geni Manning has lived and worked in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex her entire life. Her knowledge of the area gives her an advantage when working with families relocating to North Texas. Geni’s deeply rooted love for architecture and design, originally led her into the real estate industry in 1980 as a custom homebuilder. She received her real estate license in 1982 where she has since served North Texans as a full time Realtor providing expert advice and responsible real estate solutions.

On A Personal Note
Geni is a former Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader who experienced the Super Bowl, movie making and world traveling. Today, she is still active in philanthropic causes with the DCC and NFL Alumni Associations.
She is a national inspirational speaker sharing words of encouragement that inspire, challenge, strengthen and lift spirits through seminars, TV and radio. She also serves our ‘Senior’ communities and those less fortunate in many ways.
Geni is a member of Word Weavers International, Word Weavers Collin County, Stonecroft Ministries and Christian Women’s Connection. She enjoys Bible studies, mentoring others through life, golf, tennis and pickleball for fun!
