Nick Carrington
Nick Carrington is a Project Leasing Manager for Quine & Associates Inc., focusing on Landlord project leasing and Tenant Representation throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
In 1980 Nick Carrington began his professional commercial real estate career in Dallas, Texas. Since then he has successfully been involved with many types and sizes of shopping centers, and developments ranging in size from 20,000 square feet to over 500,000 square feet. He has dealt with both national and local tenants, as well as diversified types of ethnic businesses.
In 1987, he moved to Southern California where he had a very successful five year tenure as Vice President of Leasing and Marketing for a major shopping center developer. While living in Southern California, Nick expanded his commercial real estate expertise and knowledge by being involved in the Hispanic business community.
Nick has acquired over 30 years of retail real estate experience which includes over 10 years with Quine & Associates, Inc.
His expertise representing both landlords and tenants in lease transactions has consistently enabled him to maximize his efforts so that his clients are always represented in the highest degree of professionalism and integrity which puts them on a winning path of success.
Nick is a proud Veteran having served in Vietnam. When not working at the career he is so passionate about he loves to spend time with his wife Kathy and his dog.
