After graduating Angelo State University, Garrett Hand was
promoted to VP Branch Manager at Bank of America at only 25 years old. His
career at Bank of America was an exceptional one, yet after a chance encounter
selling a friend’s home, Garrett switched gears and began his career in Real
Estate to help people with their biggest investment decisions.
Not before long, Garrett met Mike, and the two decided to tackle
the #1 “deal killer” in the home sales process: the home inspection. Right from
